Description We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team in Orlando, Florida. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and execution of innovative Cast and Crew applications, spanning web, mobile, and integrated digital and physical platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with creative storytellers, leverage cutting-edge technologies, and contribute to delivering exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market and industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product development.

• Develop and communicate a clear product strategy, vision, and roadmap to align with business objectives.

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand needs and translate them into actionable plans for the product team.

• Utilize data-driven insights and feedback loops to prioritize high-value outcomes and drive informed decision-making.

• Apply modern product management frameworks to create impactful and innovative experiences.

• Partner with engineering teams using Agile methodologies to ensure efficient prioritization and delivery of projects.

• Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and experimentation within the team.

• Facilitate seamless onboarding of customers and stakeholders to new features and functionality.

• Gather comprehensive requirements and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including creative and technical, to ensure alignment.

• Document product features by creating detailed user stories, epics, and other deliverables to guide development efforts. Requirements • Proven experience in product management, with a focus on digital platforms and applications.

• Strong analytical skills to perform market research and interpret data effectively.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a matrix organization.

• Expertise in Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.

• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex ideas to stakeholders and team members.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with UX principles and translating business requirements into actionable deliverables.
