Inside Sales Representative

• Location: Pittsfield, MA (Fully Onsite)

• Compensation: Up to $60,000 annually, depending on experience

• Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our client's team in Pittsfield, MA. This role is fully onsite and will play a critical part in supporting their outside sales team, managing customer orders, coordinating projects, and ensuring seamless communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Support the outside sales team with day-to-day operations and customer follow-ups

+ Receive and process incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently

+ Generate and manage work orders and assist with project coordination

+ Serve as a key point of contact for internal departments to ensure project accuracy and timely completion

+ Provide exceptional service to customers by phone and email

+ Maintain accurate records and documentation in CRM and ERP systems

Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of experience in an inside sales or customer service role, within a manufacturing, service, or distribution environment

+ Strong technical and computer skills

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Team player with a proactive and adaptable approach
