    Complete market and opportunity assessment, Network Partner (NP) evaluations, and selection and engagement with regular and refreshed capture of related intelligence and insights. Deliver targeted local service delivery and client experience by transaction and across assigned portfolios. Drive performance management/improvement and optimization to defend, develop, and differentiate global network capabilities for the company’s Multinational Value Proposition. Manage the renewal of portfolios and new placements, provide pre-bind assistance, and ensure producing offices and network partners engage, communicate, and collaborate. Support the renewal and new program design process with territory-specific technical input, including attendance at pre-renewal and stewardship meetings. Resolve obstacles for timely and successful delivery of service and enhanced experience to clients. Engage and collaborate with the Global Network Partner Operations and Performance Manager, regional service delivery managers, producing offices (underwriters, multinational, distribution, claims, collections, risk, and other colleagues), local clients, and brokers to resolve service delivery escalations by providing feedback on related experience and learnings for systemic improvement. Partner with the Global Network Partner Operations and Performance Manager, regional service delivery managers, Field Operations, Home Office, Collections, Claims, Accenture, and producing offices (underwriters, multinational, distribution, claims, collections, risk, and Network Partner champions) to drive improved Network Partner and E2E MN Service metrics. Reduced rework, optimized use of designated tools and technology, including MN Xchange, and enhanced reconciliations, collections, and remittance/export of funds reinsurance and partner-specific agreements. Work with the Multinational Legal, Reinsurance, Claims, Operations, and Technology departments as a key point of contact and subject matter expert for negotiations, agreements, and documentation of reinsurance, service, delegated claims authority, technology access, branding, and other agreements. Lead coordination, conduct, documentation, and implementation of agreed actions for performance management/improvement, integrated network service delivery and escalation framework, quarterly partner performance reviews, annual partner action plans, governance, onboarding (including validated capabilities questionnaires), offboarding, Network Partner processes, periodic partner recertification (including refreshed capabilities questionnaires), and risk events, including reporting, investigation, resolution, risk remediation, and process improvements. Work on Network Partner audits in support of Governance, Internal Audit Group, Claims, and other audit, compliance, quality, and peer reviews. Work on intelligence and insights (territorial scans), including regulatory, competitor, and partner evaluations. Handle periodic reevaluation of the local insurance market, including demographics, local insurer market shares/rankings, regulatory, reinsurance, taxes, charges and currency, and exportability regulations and constraints. Work on annual multinational competitor proposition and performance reviews and alternative partner benchmarking and evaluations by leveraging partner performance reviews, market and competitor scans, and technical and training subject matter expertise. Identify upcoming changes in local legislation and regulations in assigned territories. Work with commercial insurance; complex multinational programs, including reinsurance structures and multinational environment and processes; multinational corporations; and working with senior client personnel and risk managers.

     

    Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field of study, plus five (5) years of experience with commercial insurance; complex multinational programs, including reinsurance structures and multinational environment and processes; multinational corporations; and working with senior client personnel and risk managers.
