We are looking for a welcoming and detail-oriented Greeter to join a great team for our client in Pearl City, Hawaii. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a positive and friendly experience while providing assistance and information as needed. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities as a Greeter:

• Greet and welcome all visitors and members upon arrival, creating a warm and friendly environment.

• Provide information and assistance to guests, addressing inquiries in a clear and detail-oriented manner.

• Maintain a presentable reception area to ensure a positive first impression.

• Collaborate with staff and administration to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Monitor visitor flow and direct guests to appropriate departments or personnel.

• Utilize computer systems, including Microsoft Office, to manage administrative tasks effectively.

• Communicate with internal and external members through written and verbal correspondence.

• Uphold organizational standards and policies while interacting with guests.

• Assist with scheduling and coordinating facilities-related activities as needed.

• Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the banking or service industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
