    Description

    Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst

     

    Contract Length: 6–9 months (Potential for conversion/extension)

     

    Pay Rate: $40–55/hour (W2)

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a QA Analyst to lead manual and automated testing efforts for custom application development projects. This position plays a key role in maintaining software quality and adherence to functional requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    + Develop and execute manual and automated test cases

    + Document and track defects using a defect tracking system (Jira, Azure DevOps)

    + Support UAT and regression testing cycles

    + Collaborate with business analysts and developers to clarify requirements

    + Report and communicate test results and metrics

    Requirements

    + 3+ years of QA or testing experience

    + Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, or Cucumber

    + Strong understanding of SDLC and QA processes

    + SQL skills to validate backend data
