    As a Quality Control Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will be accountable for guiding and managing the quality control processes and systems to meet industry standards and customer expectations. Your strong guiding skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in delivering high-quality products to our customers. Must have experience managing a team.

     

    In this role, you will have a significant impact on the overall quality and customer satisfaction of our products. You will be accountable for implementing and maintaining quality control processes, conducting audits and inspections, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and guiding continuous improvement initiatives.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Mentorship and develop a team, setting priorities, establishing goals, and action plans.

    + Develop strategies from a quality standpoint to improve production processes and First pass Yield

    + Manage and maintain ISO-9001 Certified Quality System and site QMS, document control

    + Monitor and improve KPI’s to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

    + Analyze data and identify areas for improvement, taking data driven decision

    + Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

    + Manage multi-functional teams collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the Quality strategy

    + Ensure current procedures, standards, and specifications are up to date, to meet customer requirements.

    + Manage and carry-on Internal/ External Audits program.

    + Lead CAPA’s to ensure effectiveness though main quality focused tools such as 8D’s, fishbone, DMAIC, 5 Why’s, etc. • Responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers to maximize communication and ensure site profit.

    + Manage control of nonconforming material process

    CORE SKILLS/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

    + Bachelor's Degree

    + Minimum 15 years of experience in the following areas:

    + Manufacturing / Operations environment experience

    + Quality principles, RCCA’s, control plan, PFMEA, 8D’s.

    + Statistical process control

    + Required: Six Sigma Black Belt or Green belt certification

    + Lean Manufacturing exposure

    + Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

    + Data analytical detailed skills

    + Exposure on PFMEA & APQP

    + Decision making based on data to identify RC and improve KPI’s

    + Strong Minitab and excel experience.
