Sales Development Manager

Responsibility Profile :
+ Player/Coach role responsible for the performance of the SDR Team
+ Will create and execute plan for the SDR team to hit its monthly goals of sales qualified leads
+ Assist SDR’s in their development of skills both written and verbal
+ On board and train new SDR’s to provide them with knowledge and resources necessary to be proficient in their roles
+ Create training plan for SDR’s
+ Review SDR Team’s calls and emails for coaching and recognition of performance
+ Review analytics from the SDR Team’s performance and follow up on areas of opportunity
+ Support conference engagement through campaigns prior, during and after events
+ Work collaboratively with our Business Development Team, Marketing Team and VP of Business Development to identify target audiences with messaging
+ Communicate needs to the VP of Business Development
+ Utilize social media tools to push Adroit news, press releases and other public content for business development purposes
+ Stay informed on industry trends and provide competitive intel to the VP of Business Development
+ Maintain accurate and timely notes within the CRM and assist with validating current data records
+ Provide sales leadership with regular updates including client feedback and/or opportunities for process improvement
+ Meet and exceed monthly and annual performance targets
Qualifications
+ Three ( 3 ) years of progressive sales, account executive, or business management experience.
+ College Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
+ Knowledge of transportation industry.
+ Knowledge of merger and acquisition processes.
