    Description

    ICM Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Branch Manager to support our operations in Salt Lake City, UT. This role oversees all operations at the branch level for both parts and service. This role is responsible for driving profitability, managing personnel, maintaining a clean facility and fostering customer relationships. This role provides direct support to the parts counter associates, warehouse employees, and service technicians both in the shop and in the field. The ideal candidate is hands-on, safety focused and committed to continuous improvement and team development.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    Service

    + Ensure all employees follow company safety protocols

    + Lead, manage, and support service technicians in both the shop and field to ensure timely and high-quality service for customers

    + Schedule and dispatch service calls, managing workloads, and technician availability

    + Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction

    + Establish a process to increase efficiency and enhance customer experience

    + Collaborate with the Sales and Rental teams to align service strategies with company objectives

    Parts:

    + Oversee the day-to-day operations of the parts department, including shipping and receiving

    + Manage parts staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations

    + Coordinate with service, sales, and rental departments to ensure timely and accurate parts availability for jobs and projects

    + Ensure all parts transactions are accurately recorded and comply with company procedures

    + Ensure exceptional customer service by communicating effectively and providing timely solutions to their equipment related issues for both internal and external customers

    + Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and boost loyalty

    + Manage employees to support rental equipment through repairs, de-commissioning, off-rent inspections, and equipment repairs

    + Maintain a professional and proper personal appearance following company policy

    + Perform all other duties as assigned

    Preferred Qualification:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Excellent communication and people skills

    + 5 years’ direct managerial and team building experience

    + 5 years’ experience related to crushing, screening, and or heavy equipment repair
