System One has an exciting Software Developer opportunity with a partner in the Tulsa, OK area. This position will be responsible for working with complex data sets across an organization spanning multiple states. The qualified candidate will possess at least 5 years of in-depth use of C#, .NET, & python. Oil & Gas experience is a plus.
Successful candidates must be able to provide proof of ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. This position is not open to corp-to-corp, subcontractor or independent consulting arrangements.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework and Web API. This role involves designing and implementing both client-side and server-side architecture for our web applications, ensuring the highest level of security and efficiency. The successful candidate will be adept at creating database schemas that represent and support business processes and have experience with API and web application security practices.
Responsibilities Requirements
+ Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using C#, MVC, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET Core.
+ Build and maintain web applications using Web API, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and other web technologies.
+ Implement and consume Web APIs in web applications to facilitate communication between systems.
+ Ensure application security by implementing best practices in API and web application security.
+ Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
+ Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications using SQL.
+ Work collaboratively in a team environment to develop high-quality web applications that meet or exceed project requirements.
+ Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
+ Use Git and or TFS for version control and collaborate with team members on code development and integration.
+ Stay up to date with the latest developments in web application development and security practices.
+ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
+ Proven experience as a .NET Developer with a strong background in C#, MVC, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET Core.
+ Proficiency in Web API and experience with SOAP Services.
+ Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap for front-end development.
+ Solid experience with SQL and database design.
+ In-depth knowledge of API and web application security practices.
+ Experience with CI/CD tools and best practices.
+ Proficient understanding of Git and TFS for version control.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with other developers and product owners.
