.NET CORE Developers:

ATEC is looking for experienced .NET CORE Developers to support the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) RMLS applications. The individuals will collaborate with team members in resolving technical issues within the RMLS system, as well as document and test solutions, and may need to support software installations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

+ Develop, build, deploy software changes using .Net Core, MVC, ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS, HTML

+ Ability to use AJAX and Web Service

+ Write PL/SQL Scripts and queries for Oracle DB procedures

+ Develops new features and modifies the structure of existing software products.

+ Work within an agile team to support software development and test under agile methodology.

+ Troubleshoot application problems.

+ Provide support for the deployment of the applications.

+ Provide field support

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:

Required:

+ Excellent knowledge and experience with .Net Core, MVC, ASP.NET, JavaScript, CSS, HTML

+ Excellent knowledge and experience with AJAX and Web Service

+ Excellent knowledge and experience with writing database queries and procedures using PL/SQL

+ Excellent writing and verbal skills

+ Excellent customer relations skills

+ Ability to work in a team environment

+ Must be located within commuting distance of the FAA's William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC), Pomona, NJ

Preferred:

+ Test Driven Development

+ Web server side knowledge (Apache/IIS)

EDUCATION/YEARS of EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

+ Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Math, or a Bachelor’s degree in another technical field with a minimum of thirty (30) semester hours in a combination of mathematics, statistics, and computer science and twelve (12) years (level 4) or fifteen (15) years (level 3) of related work experience in a computer science or math field

OR

+ Master’s Degree in any field of study with a minimum of thirty (30) semester hours of either undergrad or grad study in a combination of mathematics, statistics, and computer science and nine (9) years (level 4) or twelve (12) years (level 3) related work experience in a computer science or math field.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

+ US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US

+ Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation

+ Has been living in the US for at least the past 3 years

WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

+ Works indoors in office conditions primarily sitting/standing for prolonged periods

+ Work Location: FAA's William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC), Pomona, NJ

+ After-hours install and support may be needed

PAY RANGE:

+ $80,000 – $92,000 (level 4)

+ $90,000 – $111,000 (level 3)
