    The Release of Information Specialist is charged with the release of protected health information in accordance with all state and Federal laws including HIPAA rules and regulations and authorization of the patient or legal representative. The ROI Specialist is considered the legal record custodian and may represent OZH in legal proceedings as requested.

     

    + Associates degree in business is preferred.

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + At least 2 years general medical office experience or experience with confidential or secure information.

    + Must be able to drive to Court within Howell County and surrounding counties.

    + Notary (within 6 months of date of hire)
