This IAM role will sit in Irving/Las Colinas, Texas 3 days a week. The client ideally wants candidates with SailPoint or other IAM tool implementation experience and has worked as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.

The client has a large project: SailPoint IGA Implementation – specifically Identity IQ. People on this team will have an opportunity to work with SailPoint and some in house tools based on Oracle Identity Manager (OIM). The most desired skill is for BSA's or BA's with SailPoint expertise (in addition to primary skills listed). The client may also some candidates who have OIM experience (in addition to skills listed) to work on existing legacy apps.

Lead Business Systems Consultant to focus on business system data analysis and business systems design, define and lead detailed research on business and tech requests to develop efficient and accurate SailPoint platform. Ability to ensure and guide tech teams. Elicit and translate tech requirements. Strong SailPoint knowledge. Open to an engineer who moved to BSC but open to strong BA’s as well.

About this role:

The banking client is seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant for our Identity Access Management (IAM) Engineering team. The Lead BSC will contribute to the requirements elicitation, design, testing and delivery of IAM software solution (Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) - SailPoint) in a Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Agile environment.

In this role, you will:

• Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams

• Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives

• Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives

• Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements

• Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions

• Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables

• Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems

• Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience

• Strong experience implementing, integrating and/or migrating to SailPoint

• 5+ years of experience leading the design of innovative solutions and driving recommendations for changes to data systems, infrastructure, or processes

• 4+ years of experience with various software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

• 4+ years of experience working in development of identity and access management solutions specifically using tools like SailPoint

• 5+ years of experience of software design patterns.

• 4+ years of experience with databases, cloud platforms, and other relevant technologies.

• Ability to identify complex technical issues

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $61.72 - $61.72/hr.
