    Commercial Drywall Foreman

     

    Ultimate LLC is lo **oking to hire a Construction Foreman for commercial projects in the Kansas City, MO** . The pay range of a **Construction Foreman is $35-$40 per hour based on experience** . The majority of our position’s hours range from 45 to 50 hours a week. Construction Foreman applicants must have a personal vehicle and be prepared for carpentry work up to 40+ hours a week. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all journeyman carpenters with no week in the hole.

     

    **Experience:** 3-5 years of experience in drywall installation or commercial construction project management.

    • Skills:

    o Strong knowledge of drywall materials, techniques, and industry standards.

    o Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).

    o Excellent communication and leadership skills.

    o Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.

    o Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    o Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

    **· Certifications** : OSHA certification (or equivalent) and other construction-related certifications (preferred).

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

    • Ability to work in various weather conditions and in construction environments.
