Within the Chase Travel Supplier Relations Team, the Revenue Management function is responsible for critical analysis to run the business and support the team's overall objectives. We are looking for a strategic, process-driven individual with an inclination for problem-solving and a high level of curiosity and motivation to learn. This candidate should have a passion for the travel industry, as they will have a portfolio of key product initiatives to drive travel supplier strategy through setting strategic vision and evaluating metrics and insights.
As a Senior Associate, Revenue Management within Chase Travel, you will complete day-to-day contractual and performance analysis, partner with the product team to enhance capabilities to drive customer behavior and execute optimization tactics. This position is focused around collaboration across teams, with strategic communication to key stakeholders, partnering very closely with Product and Data teams. This objective is supported by an individual with curiosity, innovative thinking, and capacity for technical acumen. In addition, you will have an Associate role reporting to you to assist in managing the portfolio of initiatives.
Job responsibilities
+ Responsible for overseeing a portfolio of initiatives, setting strategic direction, monitoring performance and analytics, and continuously refining strategies based on results.
+ Compose and direct compelling, data driven presentations to Leadership and Suppliers
+ Partner with the Supplier Management team to shape strategy and deliver presentations on opportunities to supplier partners
+ Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business objectives into strategy and analysis
+ Demonstrate, share, and socialize rationale for strategic recommendations
+ Stay current with supplier agreements and industry trends
+ Contribute to executive communication materials for senior management and present findings
+ Oversee a direct report
+ Own central repository of contracts and proactively updating critical terms and coordinating action items
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or related field
+ 3+ years of experience working with product, finance and/or data & analytics fields
+ Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, especially Excel and Power Point
+ Ability to lead and develop team members
+ Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities
+ Ability to be organized, working on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
+ Comfort communicating and presenting strategies
+ Effective analysis and problem-solving skills required
+ Ability to analyze large datasets and interpret data effectively to provide insight
+ Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
+ Experience in the Travel Industry preferred
