The Engineering Intern/Coop Student will be an integral part of the Engineering and Continuous Improvement Department, responsible for supporting daily operations. This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience, with tasks tailored to the student's skills, qualifications, and current knowledge.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

+ Training Compliance: Adhere to all required training protocols.

+ Task Execution: Efficiently complete daily assignments from the supervisor.

+ Department Integration: Seamlessly integrate into various departments to enhance collaboration.

+ Process Understanding: Engage in daily tasks to learn and understand internal processes.

+ Networking: Build internal networks to gain diverse insights and knowledge.

+ Project Completion: Deliver all assigned projects with professionalism and punctuality.

+ Deadline Management: Consistently meet deadlines for tasks and projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

+ Enrolled in an accredited Engineering program.

+ Possess basic or advanced experience in the relevant field, with a strong willingness to learn.

+ Exhibit exceptional motivation and drive.

+ Open to new ideas and approaches.

+ Ability to effectively integrate into team environments.

+ Fluent in both English and Spanish.

+ Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
