We are seeking a skilled and motivated PureStorage Engineer with a CCNA certification to join our IT infrastructure team. This role will be responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and support of PureStorage environments within our data center and hybrid cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will also possess foundational networking knowledge to ensure seamless integration and performance across storage and network systems.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Design, deploy, and manage PureStorage FlashArray and/or FlashBlade storage solutions.
+ Monitor and maintain storage performance, capacity, and availability.
+ Support data replication, backup, and disaster recovery strategies using PureStorage and third-party tools.
+ Work closely with network and systems teams to optimize data flow and system performance.
+ Perform storage provisioning and zoning on SAN/NAS platforms.
+ Maintain proper documentation of storage configurations, procedures, and change management.
+ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues across storage and related network components.
+ Implement and maintain best practices for storage security and compliance.
+ Participate in on-call support rotation and incident response, as needed.
Required Qualifications:
+ 2–5 years of experience supporting enterprise storage infrastructure, including PureStorage solutions.
+ CCNA certification (active and in good standing).
+ Solid understanding of IP networking, VLANs, routing protocols, and network troubleshooting.
+ Experience with SAN and NAS technologies, including Fibre Channel, iSCSI, and NFS.
+ Proficiency with storage management tools, CLI, and APIs for automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.).
+ Familiarity with VMware, Windows, and/or Linux operating systems.
+ Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ PureStorage certifications (e.g., Pure Storage FlashArray Implementation Specialist, Pure Certified Architect).
+ Experience with storage integration in virtualized and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
+ Experience with backup and recovery platforms (e.g., Veeam, Commvault).
+ Exposure to enterprise IT frameworks such as ITIL, NIST, or ISO 27001.
