    Job Summary

    In this role you will work with the Conference Services team to exceed client expectations for all conference reservations and requests. Key Responsibilities:

     

    + Assists with room set-ups and meeting logistics to ensure the best client experience for all meetings

    + Provides prompt and accurate resetting, refreshing, and turning of meeting rooms as necessary in the conference center

    + Assists with basic audio visual requirements in conference center spaces

    + Ensures all equipment (tables, chairs, etc.) utilized for meetings are of the best repair while identifying and reporting issues to maintenance for any non-functioning items

    + Performs other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    + Working knowledge of audio-visual equipment highly desirable

    + Highly punctual, responsible, and reliable

    + Excellent customer service and organizational skills

    + Excellent organizational skills

    + Ability to work well independently and under pressure in a fast-paced corporate environment

    + Maintain a consistently professional approach, with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility both within and outside one’s job domain

    + Strong written and verbal communications skills

    + *Must be able to lift 50- 100 Lbs. comfortably and safely*
