What you will do…

+ Apply engineering principles & analytical techniques to establish and continuously improve manufacturing processes and products.

+ Conduct FA analysis. Implement interim and permanent corrective actions to resolve quality issues using 8D tool, 6 panel and other available tools.

+ Identify sources of variation within a production environment effectively and efficiently.

+ Internal audit of leadership base: batch production line status audit, internal inspection before PPAP on-site audit, and annual audit.

+ Conduct PPAP on-site audits, after start of production.

+ Establish and maintain a good relationship of mutual trust with customer, maintain good communication with customer.

+ Regularly hold quality meetings, report project quality status.

+ Responsible for change management throughout the project lifecycle.

You will have…

+ Education: High School Diploma.

+ Experience: Experience in manufacturing engineering.

+ Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing processes in a manufacturing environment.

+ Proven problem-solving ability.

+ Previous production supervision.

+ Microsoft Office knowledge (Word/Excel/Outlook).

+ Experience working with IATF16949.

+ Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership in One FORD (leadership) behaviors combined with outstanding interpersonal, team building, and communication skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapidly changing work environment
