Fairview Range is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Urgent Care Department in Hibbing, MN.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide nursing support to patients within the Urgent Care. We are a Level IV trauma center and an Acute Stroke Ready hospital.

**Schedule:** This position will be working 48-60 hours per two weeks, 12-hour day shifts and every third weekend.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you are responsible for:

+ Capturing the data involved in total systems assessment, including physical, psychosocial and spiritual data, as well as ongoing data collection.

+ Assisting the provider in coordinating a plan of care based on prioritized patient needs in collaboration with the patient, significant other and resource personnel.

+ Assisting in provision of age specific direct patient care in collaboration with all disciplines according to standards of care.

Required Qualifications

+ Tier 1 Criteria: 1 year of LPN experience in a hospital or nursing home setting preferred. Tier 2 Criteria: Current MN LPN License. 1 year experience as Nursing Assistant.

+ Current Minnesota LPN Licensure.

+ Attends BLS class within six months of employment and maintains certification.

Preferred Qualifications

+ 1-year Urgent Care/Emergency Room/Clinic experience.
