    + Assists with Office Coverage and related responsibilities including the Directors and Chair

    + Filing of student paperwork once mid-semester and final evaluations are completed

    + Scanning paperwork that is handed in physically

    + Answer phone calls

    + Mail room runs

    + Standard office work such as faxing, copy documents, and answering questions for students stopping in or calling office.

    + Creation of nursing folders to track and file nursing student documents throughout the program

    + Provide, distribute, identify, track and record all Payroll and HR forms for each Adjunct Faculty member and communicate with the Dean's Office as needed.

    + Maintain all medical records to be current for both Adjunct Faculty and Full-Time Faculty at Sage

    + Admissions Tours

    + Assist Faculty where needed: photocopies, proctoring exams, Room Reservation Requests, Academic Standard Issues

    + Assemble total clinical hours for UG students to determine the number of tuition waivers sent to our clinical sites.

    + Collect missed Lab fees from students

    + Assist and work with other Office Staff on Nursing related projects/assignments.

     

    The estimated wage for this part-time position is $20 per hour.
