• Program Associate, Instructional Leadership

    The Esteves School of Education at Russell Sage College invites applications for a program associate position for the Instructional Leadership SDL/SBL Program in the Educational Leadership Department, effective July or August 2025.

     

    The candidate will have the following responsibilities: Program Associate of the NYC portion of the School Building Leader (SBL)/School District Leader (SDL) program: Coordinate the hiring paperwork of adjuncts, create course schedules within internal systems, update the website as needed, work with Sage and NYC departments to solve student problems, collect and analyze data, oversee the implementation of RSC graduate school academic policies and procedures, work closely with partners to provide information to students for recruitment, admissions, registration, retention and graduation. Candidates should be comfortable working online. The position requires strong skills with Google Suite and Microsoft Office. Additionally, the position also requires strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

     

    The estimated wage $25.64 per hour for 37.5 hours per week for 52 weeks.

    Job Requirements:

    The successful candidate will possess an earned bachelor's degree in education or a related field from an accredited institution, proven experience in project management, administrative tasks, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field of education.
