    **Koniag Data Solutions,** a Koniag Government Services company **,** is seeking a Junior Project Manager with an active Secret Clearance to support KDS and our government customer daily onsite in Arlington, VA.

    Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

    + Assist with the day-to-day management of project tasks, including tracking progress, updating schedules, and following up on deliverables.

    + Prepare and distribute activity and status reports for various projects, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

    + Support the Project Management Office (PMO) by maintaining project documentation, organizing meetings, and managing project-related communications.

    + Help identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues, escalating to the Project Manager as needed.

    + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather updates and ensure alignment on project goals.

    + Develop and conduct analysis on datasets to provide detailed analysis and reports surrounding daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly statistical analysis.

    + Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders.

    + Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.

    + Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive).

    Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    + 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably within a project-driven environment.

    + Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    + Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

    + Familiarity with basic project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience.

    + 2+ years’ experience with providing analysis of existing processes, requirements, functionality, and systems to determine how a system works.

    + Active **Secret** Clearance or the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance is required.
