    What You’ll Do

    As Finance Transformation Associate Partner, you will tackle numerous complex projects and company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing, and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating Finance Transformation using various tools, namely SAP S/4HANA Finance, Central Finance, Group Reporting, Cash & Treasury, as well as other non-SAP Finance products. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, leadership experience and relationship building acumen to effectively grow our business model and footprint in North America.

     

    The role will involve deployment of modern Finance Transformation offerings, requiring both functional and technical expertise to develop SAP solutions and best address our customers’ needs across all sectors of TruQua and IBM.

     

    You will be responsible for leading complex project teams, as well as serve as an individual contributor, ensuring the quality of team delivery, thought leadership, keeping the team members utilized, growing our Finance Transformation practice, and deepening our relationships with key partners. This candidate will be highly knowledgeable with required Finance product capabilities, business processes, solution mechanics, and configuration requirements, as well as integration with other technologies. You will counsel client executives and leaders on the benefits delivered by SAP as a strategic asset to their broader Finance & Supply Chain Transformation journey.

    Sales Support and Delivery

    As trusted business advisor and lead, you will lead sales initiatives at key accounts in scoping, solutioning, program planning and driving RFPs around SAP and Finance Transformation. This will be required for sales and go-to-market activities, including writing, and shaping proposals and presenting at Orals.

     

    The Finance Transformation Associate Partner will bring professional leadership experience in businesses where service, quality and customer responsiveness are tantamount to success. The candidate will draw from past hands-on experience to grow our practice and capabilities.

     

    Your role and responsibilities

    Required technical and professional expertise

    • Proven track record in architecting complex Finance Transformation projects - specifically with latest & greatest tools/technologies in S/4HANA Finance, SAP Central Finance, SAP Commercial Project Management, FP&A and Financial Performance Management.

    • Expertise in Finance Transformation Advisory, Consulting or Program Management.

    • Demonstrated track record of leadership, client management, team management and delivery.

    • Background in one of the following solutions: SAP FI-CO, SAP COPA, PC, Margin Analysis, CO, Universal Allocations

    • Excellent presentation skills. Articulate with impeccable verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong & discerning listener.

    Preferred technical and professional experience

    • Knowledge of SAP complementary tools, namely BlackLine, Magnitude, OpenText, Workiva, Celonis, OneStream, Anaplan, Twenty-Five, Profinda, Replicon, Fieldglass.

    • Knowledge of upcoming changes in cutting-edge Analytics & Finance solutions, as well as an eagerness to learn, prototype, and grow expertise in the latest relevant financial technologies.
