eCommerce Program Manager
What will you do?
A day in the life of an **eCommerce Program Manager** at Dickies looks a little like this.
The eCommerce Program Manager is responsible for ensuring new digital capabilities being developed for the eCommerce platform can be scaled and supported by business and IT organizations. In this role you will work very closely with IT eCommerce and ERP teams, as well as business teams, including UX, Front End Development, Product, Digital Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Analytics. This position reports to the Senior Director of eCommerce.

+ Serves as the key liaison between the business, Licensees, EDI 3rd Party Providers, and internal IT teams to strategize and prioritize business needs.
+ Manages day to day interactions with third parties to communicate business objectives and provide detailed business requirements.
+ Own the coordination, prioritization and ultimate delivery of Ecommerce product solutions.
+ Work closely with business and IT teams to define requirements and appropriate User Stores for utilization by development teams.
+ Serve as an expert on the features and functions of the e-commerce platform and product integrations.
+ Write requirements and prioritize backlog based on product strategy and vision.
+ Create detailed business documentation and requirements that will be used by the architects, developers and QA team members to make functional changes to the product.
+ Build an intimate knowledge of the customer, business KPIs and technological capabilities to inform product integration decisions.
+ Monitor the performance and customer feedback of integrations post-launch to refine features.
+ Participate in the strategic development and implementation of A/B testing, personalization and analysis.
What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 2-3 years of experience and professional achievements.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
+ Strong focus on teamwork and the ability to develop cross functional relationships
+ Ability to function in a strategic and tactical capacity in an agile environment
+ Strong critical thinking and analytical skills are required; ability to apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot and analyze new issues is important
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Must be a self-starter, able to work independently with a proactive working style
There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred:
+ Experience in a global environment
+ Familiarity with programming languages such as HTML and Java
+ 2+ years of Shopify experience
Educational/ Position Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business-related disciplines or equivalent certification/experience
+ 2+ years of ERP integrations experience
+ Experience with Ratings & Reviews and UGC platforms such as Bazaarvoice and Curalate
+ Experience with tools such as: Salsify, Monetate, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
+ Experience writing, tracking, and executing QA test cases
+ Knowledge of website personalization

Hiring Range** **:
$82,080.00 USD - $102,600.00 USD annually
**Incentive Potential** : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
