• Coating Process Engineer

    Our client is seeking a Process Engineer to join their team. The Process Engineer’s primary job function is to lead and facilitate activities that promote safety, product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and on-time delivery for a Coating department.

     

    Job Title: Process Engineering-- Coating

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    • Promote a safe work environment through review of existing manufacturing practices and implementation of any improvement deemed appropriate by EHS and Manufacturing Supervision.

    • Identify and implement continuous improvement projects related to quality and production efficiency in the Release Coating area.

    • Identify and remove barriers to on-time delivery within the Release Coating area.

    • Collaborate and work in conjunction with Innovation to develop new products and manufacturing methods.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred in Engineering , preferably chemical, mechanical, or equivalent previous experience.

    • Minimum of 2-years relevant experience in manufacturing
