Description
The Delivery Experience Speed Tech (DEX Speed Tech) team is redefining fast delivery for millions of Amazon customers worldwide—enabling “need-it-now” convenience through innivative programs and technology. We build and launch customer-facing innovations across sub-same day (SSD) and ultra-fast delivery services, working at the intersection of software, fulfillment, and retail operations.
We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional programs that accelerate delivery speed and drive seamless shopping experiences. In this high-visibility role, you will own end-to-end program strategy and execution—working closely with engineering, operations, product, and retail partners to deliver scalable solutions for SSD customers. Your work will directly shape how customers discover and receive products in hours, not days.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, has a bias for action, and is comfortable navigating greenfield problem spaces. You’re customer-obsessed, data-driven, and capable of diving deep to align tech strategy with business goals. You’ll regularly engage with senior leadership (including VPs), manage competing priorities across multiple orgs, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact programs.
If you’re excited to solve big, system-level challenges while delivering delightful, speed-first shopping experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
