    Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated Payroll Specialist to become an integral part of the team. In this key role, you will oversee payroll processing, handle sensitive and confidential employee information, manage deductions, and collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations. Your expertise will help ensure accuracy and compliance in every aspect of payroll management.

    Responsibilities:

    + Deliver exceptional service while handling sensitive payroll and personnel information.

    + Process payroll operations, including managing timesheets and updating records for new hires, transfers, and terminations.

    + Produce payroll deduction files and process transactions such as child support orders and garnishments.

    + Ensure accuracy in 401(k) payroll deductions, contributions, enrollment updates, and audits.

    + Generate and distribute payroll-related reports to internal stakeholders such as management, accounting, and HR teams.

    + Collaborate with other departments to streamline payroll workflows and enhance accuracy.

    + Perform additional duties as assigned and contribute to the team's success.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Proven experience in payroll processing and managing related tasks.

    + Inhouse multi-state payroll experience highly preferred

    + Strong communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a multicultural work environment.

    + Exceptional attention to detail and ability to verify work to ensure accuracy.

    + Proficiency with various software platforms, including Microsoft Excel, Adobe, ERP systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

    + Self-driven with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
