Human Resources Manager
Must Have-
** Full cycle HR experience (Payroll processing and recruiting a must)
**10+ years of experience
** Proven ability to grow an employee engaged workforce
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field strongly preferred; advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
Skills and Expertise:
Deep understanding of HR policies, principles, employment laws, and compliance in multi-state contexts.
Expertise in multi-state payroll procedures, benefits programs, and compensation analysis.
Proven experience in driving recruitment strategies, developing performance management systems, and resolving employee relations issues.
Strong leadership and team-building skills to inspire and motivate HR and organizational teams.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Command of HRIS systems and related software tools.

Overview
We are searching for a strategic and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee our organization's HR function. In this role, you’ll take ownership of critical areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, policy development, and ensuring workplace compliance. You will work closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, foster a positive work environment, and drive our overall people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement effective HR strategies and policies to support organizational objectives.
Act as a strategic partner to senior management, offering insights and guidance on HR-related planning and decisions.
Oversee all aspects of recruitment and onboarding, including workforce planning, job postings, interviewing, and new-hire integration.
Build and maintain a positive workplace culture by addressing and resolving employee concerns and fostering open communication.
Collaborate with the finance team to manage and process biweekly, multi-state payroll processes.
Lead performance management programs, including goal-setting, evaluations, and improvement plans.
Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs in line with legal compliance and market conditions.
Stay up to date on employment laws and regulations, ensuring continuous compliance and proactive changes.
Develop and implement effective training and development programs to support employee growth and skill development.
Maintain and enforce consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
Spearhead employee engagement efforts, including surveys, recognition initiatives, and team-building events.
Manage HR records and systems, safeguarding accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
Provide coaching and support to leaders and employees on personnel issues, team dynamics, and career growth.
Conduct thorough investigations and resolutions for employee relations cases, adhering to legal compliance and internal policies.
Oversee the offboarding process, including exit interviews and final compensation processing.
Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Monitor and apply industry trends and best practices in human resources.
Collaborate with external partners such as legal counsel, benefits providers, and consultants to ensure optimal HR outcomes.
Manage the HR budget while ensuring cost-effective resource utilization.
Lead HR projects, including system implementations and process optimizations.
