Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Part-Time Executive Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. This role is based in Los Angeles, California, and requires working onsite three days a week. If you excel in managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Executive Director’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings.

• Arrange and order meals for meetings and events as needed.

• Provide logistical support for internal events, including light administrative tasks.

• Assist in preparing necessary documentation and correspondence for meetings.

• Coordinate conference calls and ensure all participants have the required details in advance. Requirements • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.

• Strong proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with tools such as Cisco Webex, Concur, or similar platforms is preferred.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Comfortable working onsite in Los Angeles, California.
