    Robert Half is looking for Cold Storage Supervisor with 2+ years of leadership experience in the food or beverage industry. You will be responsible for overseeing cold storage operations during 3rd shift but hours are flexible and will be discussed with upper management.     Responsibilities:

    + Lead and manage cold storage warehouse staff, including training, task delegation, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.

    + Collaborate with EHS and Food Safety/Quality teams to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

    + Oversee sanitation procedures to maintain cold storage quality and cleanliness.

    + Ensure team members are properly trained on warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, clamp trucks).

    + Manage inventory organization and rotation, ensuring FIFO standards are followed.

    + Monitor and coordinate inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.

    + Work cross-functionally with Production and Logistics teams to streamline product corrugation, shipment, and customer deliveries.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of leadership experience in the food or beverage industry.
