    Description

    We are in the process of expanding our team in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, with the addition of a Staff Accountant. This role is central to our operations, involving tasks that require a deep understanding of accounting processes and principles. The successful candidate will be part of a flexible workplace, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a wide array of accounting functions.

    Responsibilities

    • Accurately processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

    • Conducting bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are accurate.

    • Performing month-end close procedures, including making necessary journal entries.

    • Managing payroll functions to ensure timely and accurate employee payments.

    • Maintaining the general ledger and ensuring it reflects accurate financial information.

    • Utilizing accounting software including NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to perform various accounting tasks.

    • Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions to resolve issues or discrepancies.

    • Assisting in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date customer credit records.
