    Are you highly organized, personable, and looking to make an immediate impact in an office setting? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Office Clerk to join our client’s team. As the first point of contact, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office. Whether it’s answering phone calls, managing appointments, or handling administrative tasks, your contribution as a Front Office Clerk will be key to maintaining daily efficiency and fostering positive interactions.     Key Responsibilities

    + Serve as the face of the company by warmly welcoming clients, visitors, and staff upon arrival.

    + Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.

    + Manage the front desk area, keeping it organized, clean, and presentable at all times.

    + Assist in scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

    + Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

    + Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and email correspondence.

    + Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and task completion.

    + Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel when necessary.

    Requirements

    + Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative role.

    + Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.

    + Technical Skills:

    + Proficiency with [list applicable software like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), scheduling tools, or customer relationship management (CRM) systems].

    + Experience operating standard office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, scanners).

    + Soft Skills:

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    + Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

    + A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
