Description We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee all financial operations and ensure the accuracy of our financial records. Based in North Hollywood, California, this role requires someone with a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational abilities, and advanced proficiency in QuickBooks. If you thrive in managing multiple financial tasks and ensuring compliance, this position is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and ensure timely updates.

• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy.

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including timely invoice generation and payment follow-ups.

• Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

• Organize and maintain financial records, receipts, and statements for easy access and reference.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closings by preparing necessary reports and documentation.

• Generate detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with external accountants or tax professionals to support tax filings and audits.

• Ensure compliance with local and organizational financial regulations.

• Safeguard sensitive financial information and maintain strict confidentiality. Requirements • A minimum of 4 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.

• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong understanding of accrual and cash-based accounting methods.

• Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP is highly desirable.

• Expertise in handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow analysis.

• Strong computer skills and experience with accounting software systems.
