    Description We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can handle a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities. As part of a small but dedicated team, you will play a key role in ensuring the office runs smoothly while supporting staff and clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and reconciling expense reports.

    • Coordinate human resources tasks such as maintaining employee records and addressing administrative needs.

    • Manage client communications and ensure accurate tracking of client, team, and subcontractor data.

    • Organize staff meetings, prepare agendas, and schedule site visits and travel arrangements for project engineers.

    • Maintain office supplies and equipment, and manage vendor relationships to ensure operational efficiency.

    • Assist the marketing director with special projects, including editing and proofreading materials.

    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve office productivity.

    • Scan and archive completed projects to maintain organized records.

    • Foster a positive work environment by addressing staff needs and ensuring smooth collaboration across teams. Requirements • Minimum of two years of experience in office management or a related administrative role.

    • Proficiency in accounting software systems, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.

    • Familiarity with tools such as ADP, Concur, CRM systems, and other office management software.

    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.

    • Self-motivated and resourceful, capable of solving problems independently.

    • A collaborative mindset and positive attitude, with the ability to work well with diverse teams and personalities.
