Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Office Admin/Accounting Clerk to join our team in Arlington, Texas. This role is ideal for someone who excels at multitasking, enjoys supporting executives, and has a solid foundation in administrative and accounting tasks. The successful candidate will bring organizational expertise and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of their work.
Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-suite executives, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized front office environment.
• Organize and maintain both physical and digital records to ensure accessibility and security.
• Perform data entry tasks related to invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders with precision.
• Assist with routine accounting tasks such as accounts payable/receivable entries and financial reconciliations.
• Coordinate office supplies and oversee general office management duties to maintain efficiency.
• Prepare, format, and edit presentations, documents, and reports for executive review.
• Support month-end and year-end financial processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders to facilitate communication.
• Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are organized and presentable at all times. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative, executive assistant, or receptionist roles.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with accounting tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of professionalism.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks is preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Experience managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements is highly desirable.
