Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead and oversee critical initiatives within our organization. This role requires a strong background in project management methodologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex IT and business projects using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

• Oversee project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to organizational goals.

• Implement change management strategies to support seamless transitions and stakeholder alignment.

• Facilitate regular team meetings and ensure effective communication across all project phases.

• Monitor project risks and develop mitigation plans to address potential challenges.

• Coordinate resources and allocate tasks to ensure project deliverables are completed on time.

• Track financial performance and manage budget processes to optimize project outcomes.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

• Prepare detailed project documentation and reports for stakeholders.

• Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment with project objectives. Requirements • Proven experience in formal project management, preferably in IT and business environments.

• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of change management practices and their application.

• Ability to manage budgets and financial processes effectively.

• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.

• Solid understanding of cloud and Cisco technologies.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
