Description We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our team in Des Moines, Iowa. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, ensuring high-quality performance and functionality. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend systems to support robust software applications.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams following Agile Scrum methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Design, build, and optimize APIs for seamless integration with front-end systems.

• Utilize ASP.NET and C# to develop scalable and efficient software components.

• Manage and optimize databases using Microsoft SQL Server to ensure data integrity and performance.

• Work on React-based front-end development to create intuitive user interfaces.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs using bug tracking tools like Atlassian Jira.

• Conduct A/B testing to improve system performance and user experience.

• Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies to continually improve software solutions. Requirements • Proven experience in backend development with expertise in ASP.NET and C#.

• Solid understanding of Agile Scrum principles and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proficiency in API development and integration for software applications.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server for database management.

• Familiarity with React for front-end development.

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills using tools like Atlassian Jira.

• Ability to perform A/B testing and analyze results effectively.
