• Order Fulfillment Specialist

    Description We are looking for an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth logistics operations and maintaining excellent customer service standards. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position, offering flexibility and opportunities for growth within our organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process and fulfill customer orders efficiently using order management software.

    • Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.

    • Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or shortages.

    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

    • Collaborate with team members to improve operational processes and meet performance goals.

    • Assist in transitioning to new systems, including training on Fulfill.io.

    • Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and billing documentation.

    • Adapt to increased workload during peak holiday seasons with a flexible approach.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

    • Maintain a strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems to support fulfillment activities. Requirements • Previous experience in logistics, order fulfillment, or a related field.

    • Proficiency in business systems such as CRM, ERP, and order management software.

    • Strong communication and customer service skills.

    • Ability to work onsite in Cleveland, Ohio, with a flexible schedule.

    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

    • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.

    • Familiarity with customs and billing functions is a plus.
