**Independence Title** in the **Austin, Texas area (Shepherd Mountain Office),** a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a **Title Department Clerk** . Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

This Title Department Clerk position is responsible for:

+ Pulling microfilm, imaging documents, and saving to network to create doc repository

+ Hyperlinking forms as needed

+ Taking on additional tasks, training as needed and as requested by manager

+ Demonstrating the ability to work well with other team members

+ Experience working with Windows based computer programs

Qualifications:

+ A High School diploma or equivalent is required

+ This is a fulltime position

+ Microsoft Suite proficient
