    What you'll do:

    + Share real-world HVAC knowledge with motivated students

    + Conduct hands-on training in our well-equipped facility

    + Prepare students for the same challenges you've mastered

    + Stay current with new technologies (on company time)

    What you need:

    + 3+ years as an HVAC technician

    + High school diploma/GED

    + Ability to explain what you know to others

    + Ready to trade the truck for the classroom
