Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 6 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.

+ 2 years of experience with prototyping.

+ 2 years of experience with developer tools or enterprise-class applications.

+ Experience in application development in at least one platform/area (e.g., web, iOS, Android, CompDes, XR).

Preferred qualifications:

+ 7 years of experience developing responsive, adaptive, and performant websites and applications.

+ 6 years of experience as a front-end developer, UX Engineer, creative or design technologist, or in a prototyping design environment.

+ 2 years of experience with the latest methods and tools and AI technologies.

+ Ability to build usable and innovative UIs, and to deliver comprehensive prototypes.

As a UX Engineer, you'll work as part of a UX team in a challenging, fast-paced environment. You’ll demonstrate your creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of user facing technologies to create prototypes that identify the best product experiences, launch innovative features, build tools that accelerate UX teams, bridge between design and engineering discussions, and enable efficient, high quality execution.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,000-$222,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Communicate clearly technical and design solutions through documentation, presentations, and prototypes.

+ Work with a cross-functional team to identify, scope, and execute on opportunities to improve server development tools and features.

+ Develop user journeys, mockups, prototypes, and presentations to effectively communicate ideas.

+ Present concepts, proposals, and updates to executive stakeholders and translate complex concepts and interactions into simple, elegant, and coherent design solutions.

+ Apply common Google Material styles and partner with engineering on implementation requirements.
