    Are you a dynamic event guru with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences? City Wide is looking for a Corporate Events Planner to lead the planning and execution of our most impactful events—from annual conventions, sales contests to City Wide training events, Support Center celebrations, and educational academies. In this role, you’ll be the creative and logistical backbone, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, engaging, and celebratory events that foster meaningful connections and drive organizational success.

    Your Mission:

    As the lead event planner, you’ll consult with internal teams to define objectives, select and book venues, negotiate contracts, and manage all event logistics—including setup, catering, A/V, travel, and on-site support. You’ll craft compelling agendas, oversee attendee communications, and collaborate with marketing to promote events and manage charity initiatives. Your keen eye for detail and budget management will ensure cost-effective, high-quality experiences, while your ability to troubleshoot and adapt will keep every event running smoothly—even under pressure.

    Requirements

    Who You Are:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Event Planning, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field

    + 5+ years of corporate event planning experience (enterprise-level preferred)

    + Proven track record of executing high-level corporate events

    + Expert multitasker with strong time management and attention to detail

    + Excellent communicator, collaborator, and negotiator

    + Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software

    + Willing to travel and work extended hours as needed.
