    Position Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Electrical Wiring Technician to assemble and wire electrical control panels. This position involves reading electrical schematics, wiring to specification, and ensuring high standards of build quality and safety.

    Key Responsibilities

    Assemble and wire control panels ranging in size from 18 inches to 2-3 feet square.

     

    Perform 3-phase power wiring (20-80 amps) and 24VDC wiring.

     

    Read and interpret electrical schematics.

    Install and wire components such as:

    Disconnects, breakers, fuse blocks

     

    Motor contactors, relays, PLCs, and motor drive controllers

     

    Process control sensors

     

    Use labeling tools including ferrule and heat shrink.

     

    Utilize hand tools including wire strippers, crimpers, multimeters, and screwdrivers.

     

    Ensure panels are clean, organized, and built to industry standards for wire routing and security.

     

    Lift and move control boxes and panels (10-40 lbs) regularly.

     

    Maintain a clean and safe work area.

    Skills & Requirements:

    Minimum 3 years of experience in wiring or control panel building.

     

    Proficient in reading electrical schematics.

     

    Familiarity with hand tools and electrical measuring instruments.

     

    Strong attention to detail and quality.

    Physical Requirements:

    Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including standing for extended periods.

     

    Ability to lift up to 30lbs and work with tools and machinery safely.

     

    Compensation and Benefits

     

    Pay Range: $18.00-26.00/hour (depending on experience)
