Job Description Summary:
Responsible for day-to-day operations of assigned outpatient clinics. Work collaboratively with leadership, providers and associates to ensure department, service line and organizational goals are being met.
Under the direction of the Practice Administrator, plan for future departmental needs i.e., staffing, equipment, supplies, budget, and space requirements.
Responsible for evaluating performance of associates working in the clinics and for providing ongoing supervision and leadership. Act as a liaison with employees and supervisors from other departments to promote problem solving and improve interdepartmental operations.

Responsible for day-to-day operations of all office clinics and office testing except Devise at some practice s and for working collaboratively with physicians and for directing patient flow. Responsible for supervising a case load of patients by physician assignment, patient education, facilitating patient management and follow-up for lab tests, diagnostic procedures and office visits. Functions as liaison for patient and physician, obtaining information and coordinating that information in an organized way so as to enable the physician to make sound decisions regarding patient care. Responds to numerous phone calls from patients, triaging calls, resolves issues and communicates with the necessary parties. May be responsible for overseeing all process's related to Holter and Event Monitors as well as antiarrhythmic drug therapy/management i.e, Amiodarone, Tikosyn, etc.

Responsible for evaluating performance of personnel working in the Clinic and for providing ongoing supervision and leadership. May be responsible for assigning clinic RN 's to administer medication to patients and monitoring them during diagnostic procedures performed in Stress / Nuclear Lab.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Required)RN - Registered Nurse - Ohio Board of Nursing
Additional Job Description:
Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or Current Registered Nurse license in good standing with a multi-state compact state. Basic computer skills. 2-33 years' experience working in a physician office.
