    Maintenance Technicians

     

    Ultimate LLC is **urgently seeking** to hire **Maintenance Technicians** for full time work in **Summerville, SC** . The pay range for this position is **$20-$27 per** hour based on experience. The majority of our position’s hours range from **40 to 45** hours a week.

     

    You will handle service calls for HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry in Summerville, SC delivering exceptional customer service while troubleshooting and servicing our buildings on-site.

     

    Weather will not be an issue with hours. We have consistent work. The right candidate can start right away.

    Ultimate Maintenance Technicians Responsibilities

    + HVAC, Plumbing and Carpentry Service Calls for customers

    + **EPA Certification preferred (not required)**

    + **Must be able to obtain EPA Certification within 3 months of hire date**

    + Use hand and electric tools to cut, fabricate, and install framework components

    + Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, interior and exterior trim, and other wooden fixtures

    + Comply with construction regulations

    Ultimate Maintenance Technicians Requirements

    + 2+ years of construction experience

    + 18+ years of age

    + Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance

    + Math, problem solving, and construction skills
