    Job Description

    The Marketing Services Manager has a key role within the Creative Services Department, supporting branding and company initiatives. This position oversees the execution of creative projects submitted through the creative request system and works cross-functionally with requesters, designers, internal reviewers, and production teams. The role ensures all projects are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time across various media channels, including print, digital, and broadcast.

    Your Impact and Responsibilities:

    + Manage the end-to-end workflow of creative projects, including timelines, budgets and communication

    + Support creative development across a wide range of media types including print/POP, apparel, digital, packaging, signage, and traditional media

    + Collaborate with departments across Brand, RSO, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution of creative needs

    + Communicate with requesters to ensure all necessary project information is provided * Collaborate with designers to ensure projects are accurate, effective, and timely

    + Provide strategic direction and support to internal and external creative teams

    + Ensure projects follow the defined approval process

    + Deliver project status updates to the internal team and key stakeholders

    + Maintain accurate workload reports and flag team bandwidth or timeline concerns

    + Coordinate production handoffs and vendor routing for approved creative

    + Identify and recommend improvements to creative development processes

    Qualifications

    + 5+ years’ experience in account management or advertising agency settings

    + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field

    + Baseline understanding of marketing, creative, and design workflows

    + Experience collaborating with graphic designers and production teams

    + Experience with digital creative development for websites and apps

    + Strong time management, project management, and organizational skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience within the QSR industry
