Position Overview

The **CLS Landscape Technician** is responsible for the maintenance, care, and enhancement of client turf and grounds landscape projects and services, working with various tools and equipment to ensure landscapes and outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing. This is a seasonal position, depending on the regional location.

Job Duties

+ Cultivate your green career with us!

+ Enhance the appearance and value of properties through direction of your crew in the execution of daily grounds and turf maintenance

+ Properly install and maintain landscape installation projects

+ Maintain open communication with management and clients to provide feedback on landscape needs

+ Ensure efficiency and that client standards are attained

+ Conduct site inspections, provide hands-on leadership, and provide guidance for soil, planting, watering and insect control

+ Drive, use, maintain and properly operate landscape equipment

Qualifications

What We’re Seeking:

+ Love of the outdoors

+ Background in Enhancement Landscaping

+ Knowledge of the plant material in the Daytona area

+ Knowledge of proper installation of plant material, sod, trees

+ Valid Driver’s License from your state of residence and experience pulling a trailer

+ Demonstrated ability to report for work regularly and punctually

+ Preferred: landscape installation crew management experience

+ Preferred: Experience operating a bobcat and/or mini excavator

+ Ability to complete the Davey landscape career development books upon hire

+ Ability to complete the Davey first aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire
