ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Data Analyst (Junior)** to join our team in Doral, FL.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Analyze data sets and support senior personnel decision-making for the organization

+ Use analytical skills to gather, organize, visualize, and interpret data from various sources

+ Understand data analysis techniques and tools, and have the ability to communicate data analysis concepts and findings with stakeholders. Collect data from various IT systems, including databases, logs, and monitoring tools

+ Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis and identify and resolve data quality issues

+ Perform basic statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends and patterns. Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders

+ Assist in the development of key performance indicators (KPI) and metrics

+ Use data visualization tools to create compelling and informative charts, graphs, and dashboards. Present data in a clear and concise manner that is easy to understand

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, candidate must possess a High School diploma and 4 years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree OR Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.

+ Experience in data analysis or a related field.

+ Relevant internships or project experience is a plus.

+ Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and techniques. Familiarity with SQL and relational databases and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Relevant industry-standard certifications. CompTIA Data+, Microsoft Certified Data Analyst–Associate, and Associate Certified Analytics Professional (aCAP).

+ Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.

Clearance Requirements:

+ Must possess an interim Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
