    ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Data Analyst, Senior** to join our team in Doral, FL.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    + Play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization. Responsible for leading complex data analysis projects, mentoring Junior Analysts, and contributing to the development of business intelligence capabilities

    + Lead complex data analysis projects, independently managing and executing them from conception to completion, including defining project scope, gathering requirements, conducting analysis, and presenting findings

    + Develop advanced analytical models using statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning techniques to develop predictive models, identify trends, and uncover insights

    + Design and develop BI solutions by creating and maintaining interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (eg, Tableau, Power BI) to effectively communicate data insights

    + Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand their analytical needs and translate them into actionable solutions. Ensure data quality by implementing and maintaining data quality checks and processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data used for analysis

    + Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance policies and maintain comprehensive documentation of data analysis projects. Continuously research and evaluate new data analysis techniques, tools, and technologies to enhance the team’s capabilities

    + Provide direction and mentorship to subordinate staff

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and a minimum of 9 years of experience OR a Master’s degree and 7 years of experience OR a PhD and 5 years of experience.

    + High School diploma and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree

    + Five years of position-specific relevant experience.

    + Advanced SQL skills, including experience with query optimization and performance tuning.

    + Proficiency in at least one BI visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense). Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and machine learning techniques.

    + Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.

    + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + More than 7 years of experience in a Data Analyst role, with a focus on business intelligence and analytics. Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

    + Experience in an agile-informed development environment.

    + Relevant industry-standard certifications. Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R).

    + Experience with data governance, data quality management, and DoD projects. Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), CompTIA Data+, and Microsoft Certified Data Analyst–Expert.

    + Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.

    Clearance Requirements:

    + Must possess an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

    Physical Requirements:

    + The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
