    **ManTech** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Lead** **Cybersecurity Architect,** **Zero Trust Architecture** to join our team in **Doral, FL** .

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    + Designs, implements, and maintains comprehensive cybersecurity architectures with a primary focus on Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA).

    + Leads the implementation of ZTA principles including micro-segmentation, least privilege access, and continuous verification, utilizing technologies like MFA, PAM, IGA, and SASE.

    + Develops and maintains ZTA-specific security architecture diagrams and documentation, ensuring continuous monitoring and logging capabilities through UBA and SIEM.

    + Applies expertise in the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) to develop, maintain, and analyze enterprise architecture artifacts, aligning with DoD policies and industry standards like Unified Architecture Framework (UAF).

    + Conducts security reviews, provides expert guidance, leads security projects, and collaborates effectively with various stakeholders.

    + Performs threat modeling and risk assessments, contributing to innovative security solutions.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree..

    + 12+ years of relevant experience (including 7+ years in position-specific roles)

    + Holds 8570 IASAE Certification.

    + Deep understanding of security architecture principles and frameworks (e.g., SABSA, NIST CSF).

    + Hands-on expertise with a broad range of security technologies (e.g., firewalls, SIEM, EDR, MFA, SASE) and strong knowledge of security protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, TLS).

    + Proficient in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell).

    + Experienced with architectural frameworks (e.g., UAF) and DoDAF views (OV, SV, TV), including developing and maintaining DoDAF-compliant artifacts (OVP, SVP, CV).

    Desired Qualifications:

    + Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.

    + Relevant industry standard certifications such as Cloud platform certifications (AWS, Azure); Security certification (Security+, CASP, CISSP); Tool certifications (Tenable Security Center Specialist, Tanium Certified Administrator, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator).

    + Advanced knowledge of SASE solutions and their integration with ZTA. Experience implementing and managing user behavior analytics (UBA) and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions for continuous monitoring in a ZTA environment.

    + Experience with cloud-native ZTA implementations. Familiarity with ZTA maturity models and ability to assess and improve an organization’s ZTA posture.

    + Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired.

    Clearance Requirements:

    + Must have an active/current TS/SCI security clearance.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time

    + Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel

    + Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer

    + The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

    + The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc
